The Tear Drop Pump - Black

This high-quality black palm pump fits most bottle with a 28mm twist opening.

They are a great way to reuse bottles you already have at home. Fitting standard glass beverage bottles, like sparkling water bottles & kombucha bottles.

Create your own bottle range and then refill them with your local refillery/bulk store liquids or with your own DIY mixture.

Note – These are suitable bottles up to 18cm in height. You can use them with larger bottles; however the tube will not reach the bottom.

Only 9% of plastic ever made has been recycled, meaning the majority of it has gone to landfill or find its way into our environment. By switching to long-lasting reusable and refillable bottles you can help reduce the amount of plastic going to landfill and polluting our environment.

These bottles replace the plastic liquid bottles you would typically buy at the supermarket, and when refilled from a bulk refillery, this small change can make a big difference in reducing the amount of plastic waste produced in your home.

We have been using amber glass bottles in our house since March 2018 and have found it to be an easy swap for us and a great step towards eliminating plastic waste in our home.

• Plastic - Yes, this is still plastic. As a small business options limited, these are designed to be reused plus we feel these are more reliable that a metal option.

Care

Handwash only if required with hot soapy water.

If you find the pump has clogged or stiff - remove the pump from the bottle, and pump hot water through the pump and tube to clean it. If you have any trouble, please contact us so we can help with a solution.

End of life

While we hope this last a long time, should it no longer be functional these are unfortunately not currently recyclable. This is due to the number of components used to make the pump and being unable to separate them.

We will be working on finding a better solution for future products like this, as it is not ideal for us to have products that cannot be reused, recycled or composted. Before throwing it out, however, check with us as we may be able to find a replacement part of offer a better alternative to throwing it out.

How they come packaged to us

While we try our best to reduce plastic, not everyone is quite on the same page as us. These come in a large clear plastic bag and a cardboard box, which we reuse at home or send to soft plastic recycling.
