Glass Jar Return

The team at Solid Oral Care love to receive clean, de-labelled Solid glass containers back from both stores and individuals. The glass jars and bottles can be sterilised and reused up to 30 times! Their mission to make toothpaste circular earned us a place as a finalist in the 2021 Sustainable Business Awards.

How it works:

Ensure you jars are clean and the labels are removed, keep the lid on. 

Option 1: Return to a participating stockist. Our stockists who accept returns are listed here. (or to us here at The Eco Society via mail or drop off - contact us to organise hello@theecosociety.com)

Option 2: Send them to us. Save up a collection of any Solid jars and/or bottles and purchase a courier ticket from us. We will email you the ticket to print and attach to your parcel. Pack your bottles and jars tightly using scrunched paper and drop the box off at your post shop. Or, send via your own method to: Solid, 56 Tireti Road, Titahi Bay, Wellington 5022. Please include your name and email address in/on the parcel so we know who to credit the returns to.

Option 3: Local return. You can place your clean, empty, and delabelled jars and bottles in the white returns box at 56 Tireti Road, Titahi Bay. Please include your name and email address in/on the jars so we know who to credit the returns to.

We want to make it worth your while. Return 12 clean, empty, and delabelled jars and bottles and get a FREE small toothpaste or toothpaste tablets.
