Shipping 

All orders are carefully hand packaged by me, using plastic free packaging. As we are a small family business run from our home and juggling life with a toddler, we typically don’t work regular office hours and orders may take up to 3 or 4 working days to process.

We offer shipping to New Zealand only through our website & pickup

Shipping Fees

• Urban Shipping - $8.50
• Rural Shipping - $13.00 
• Pickup Auckland only - Free (Temporarily unavailable during Christmas Holidays - back 9th January)
• Oversize shipping - $18

Oversize Orders: If an order weighs over 5kg oversize shipping rate will automatically be charged. 

 

Pick up: Please ensure you read pick up email before coming to collect your order, we run our business from home with a child and are not always here. NOTE: Pick up is temporarily unavailable during Christmas Holidays - back 9th January

 

Note: If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will reach out via email to arrange payment of the difference.

 

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We want our customers to be completely satisfied and offer a 14 day returns policy, provided they meet the following conditions. 

 

• Goods must NOT be opened, used or damaged
• Items are still in a re-saleable condition with the original packaging undamaged
• Are NOT exempted items such as food or sanitary goods

Please note the shipping costs will not be refunded unless items are deemed faulty.

 

If items are faulty or are different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days to organise a replacement. We will reimburse the postage costs of the items being returned to us.

 

Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery, not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
